An important area of our business activity is the development of effective initiatives towards the employment and sustained development of young Emiratis in the workforce. Training consultancy assignments have included 3 month graduate training programmes and induction programmes, on-the-job training and coaching support, training needs analysis and high potential staff development programmes.

 

In partnership with Tanmia, The People Partnership worked closely with ABN Amro Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank, Mashreqbank, Arab Bank and Al Tayer Group to help train and develop a large number of UAE Nationals to acquire essential skills and competencies in preparation for their effective participation in the world of work. This work continues through The People Human Resources Consultancy.
