The People Human Resources Consultancy (The People) was formed in 2018 as the successor to The People Partnership which was established in 2002 as a training and HR consultancy based at Dubai Knowledge Village, and has facilitated its move out of the free zone.
The company has grown rapidly in response to the needs of organisations seeking practical, implementable people-related solutions. It is currently supporting a number of Government agencies and large organisations helping them with an array of training, development, coaching, corporate performance and HR consultancy assignments.
On the training front, the company specialises in Leadership and Management development, Personal and Interpersonal development, Human Resources development as well as Organisational Development programmes. All the training is tailored to the client’s needs and is often preceded with an analysis of the client’s requirement and assessment of the trainees’ knowledge and skill level.
Executive Education programmes are provided through our wealth of experienced trainers and coaches, and can be custom built to specifically cater to your training needs. Recent assignments included HR programmes with Abu Dhabi General Secretariat of the Executive Council and Leadership Development and Coaching for Federal Government Directors as part of the UAE Government Leaders Programme with the Prime Minister’s Office.
The People also trains managers to coach and mentor as well as providing one-on-one coaching for managers and executives for their personal and leadership development.
In Organisation Performance and Excellence we have conducted numerous courses covering the Balanced Scorecard Model, EFQM, ISO and Lean methodologies. We can provide courses in the Balanced Scorecard certified by the George Washington University. We have also implemented such models in organisations and achievements have included support for numerous entities in achieving the coveted Dubai Quality Award (DQA) and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award (MRM).
In HR consultancy, our assignments have included organisation and HR reviews in both public and private sectors, strategy workshops, facilitating focus groups, competency frameworks, HR policies and procedures, job analysis, role profiles and job evaluation, bench marking, job grading and salary structures, performance management systems, training needs analysis and employee handbooks.
A major focus has been the development of effective initiatives towards the employment and sustained development of young Emiratis in the workforce. Training consultancy assignments have included training needs analysis and high potential staff development programmes, as well as guiding organisations through the MoHRE Emiratisation Award.
