Susan Jalili MRes, LLB (Hons)

 

Susan is the Senior Administrator for The People Human Resources Consultancy and has been involved in the company since its inception in 2002.

 

She worked as Assistant to the Company Secretary at British Aerospace, Hatfield where her principal responsibility was the secondment of BAe employees to the Airbus project in Toulouse.

 

Following a 2-year spell working in Bahrain, Susan graduated from Middlesex University with LLB (Hons). She gained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification from International House, London, and helped to set up an export marketing company in England before coming to Dubai in 1992.

 

Between 2000 and 2004, Susan volunteered as a Scout leader and became UAE District Commissioner for British Scouts. She then gained a Masters of Research in Leadership Studies from Exeter University.
