The People Human Resources Consultancy was formed in 2018 as the successor to The People Partnership which was established in 2002 as a training and HR consultancy based at Dubai Knowledge Village, and has facilitated its move out of the free zone.

The company has grown rapidly in response to the needs of organisations seeking practical, implementable people-related solutions. It is currently supporting a number of Government agencies and large organisations helping them with an array of training, development, coaching, corporate performance and HR consultancy assignments.
